What You’ll Be Doing

This talent acquisition role takes on a high-level of responsibility recruiting experienced tax and assurance professionals. 

  • Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to review recruiting needs and position descriptions.
  • Build creative and competitive recruiting strategies unique to each open position. 
  • Prepare job postings and execute the recruiting strategy.
  • Source candidates through all available resources, including passive recruiting, targeted campaigns, and cold calling. 
  • Review resumes and manage applicants via applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct telephone interviews with qualified applicants. 
  • Coordinate interview process for recommended candidates with internal team members.
  • Communicate status updates with internal hiring managers and external candidates. 
  • And, proactively source and engage passive candidates year round.

What We Need

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced talent acquisition professional, looking for a permanent workplace home on a full-time basis.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience sourcing/recruiting candidates. 
  • Experience recruiting tax and assurance professionals in the public accounting industry.
  • Knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking systems.
